The Indonesian Ambassador to Khartoum Received a Visit from Lieutenant Colonel Sumidi, who Served at United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA)

Ambassador Sunarko warmly welcomed Lt. Col. Sumidi's visit and expressed his congratulations and support for his assignment at UNISFA

The visit was also used by Lieutenant Colonel Sumidi to introduce himself and convey the purpose of his assignment at UNISFA

KHARTOUM, Sudan, March 26, 2023/APO Group/ --

The Indonesian Ambassador to Sudan Sunarko on Wednesday (22/3) received an introductory visit from Marine Lieutenant Colonel Sumidi who will be assigned to the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA). The assignment is a regular replacement carried out in assignments at UNISFA.​

Ambassador Sunarko warmly welcomed Lt. Col. Sumidi's visit and expressed his congratulations and support for his assignment at UNISFA. "The presence of TNI officers on the UN mission is a manifestation of Indonesia's commitment to world peace," said Ambassador Sunarko.

On this occasion, Lieutenant Colonel Sumidi expressed his gratitude to the Indonesian Ambassador for the warm welcome and reception during the visit to Khartoum. The visit was also used by Lieutenant Colonel Sumidi to introduce himself and convey the purpose of his assignment at UNISFA.
