EU Special Representative Stavros Lambrinidis visits Rwanda to attend AU-EU Human Rights Dialogue

KIGALI, Rwanda, November 27, 2015/APO (African Press Organization)/ --

The European Union Special Representative for Human Rights Mr Stavros Lambrinidis visited Rwanda on 23-24 November 2015 on the occasion of the 11th African Union-European Union Human Rights Dialogue held on 24 November in Kigali. This was EUSR Lambrinidis' second visit to Rwanda since being appointed EU Special Representative for Human Rights on 25 July 2012.
