Hon. Garba Ibrahim Mohammed, representing Gwale Federal Constituency (Kano State) in the House of Representatives, will be awarded the Medal in the Order of the Academic Palms (reward for educational achievements) by HE Denys Gauer, Ambassador of France to Nigeria, during a ceremony which will take place on 12 November 2015 at 6.30 pm in the Embassy of France (37 Udi Hills Str., off Aso Drive, Maitama), in the presence of high authorities of the Nigerian Federation and States.
