Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives Abdulla Shahid sends a message of felicitations to His Excellency Dr. Alfred Nganga Mutua, Cabinet Secretary for Foreign & Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Kenya on the occasion of Kenya’s National Day.
