The Nigeria Prosperity Fund is looking for projects to fund in financial year 2016 to 2017

ABUJA, Nigeria, October 17, 2016/APO/ --

The 2015 Strategic Defence and Security Review announced a £1.3billion cross-government Prosperity Fund to run over the next five years (2016/17 to 2020/21). Its purpose was to promote the economic reform and development needed for growth in partner countries. Our priorities include improving the business climate, competitiveness and operation of markets, energy and financial sector reform, develop trade policy and increase the ability of partner countries to tackle corruption. As well as contributing to a reduction in poverty in recipient countries, we expect these reforms to create opportunities for international business, including UK companies.
