HE Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi met on Tuesday with HE Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to Qatar Dr. Mustafa Boutoura on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country.
