On August 27 — 28, 2017 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sameh Shoukri, will pay a visit to the Republic of Belarus.

It is the first visit to Belarus of the Head of the Foreign Ministry of Egypt in the course of the history of bilateral relations.

The program of the visit includes a number of high-level meetings, including negotiations in the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade.

During the meetings, the sides will discuss the expansion of the Belarusian-Egyptian bilateral cooperation, as well as the implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level following the visit of the President of the Republic of Belarus to Egypt in January 2017.
