Africa CDC, IFRC, and USAU call for equitable vaccine coverage in Africa

Johannesburg, South Africa. COVID-19 testing by South African Red Cross Society at their Vereeniging branch in Vereeniging. On site, people are registered, screened and given behaviour change and prevention messages while they wait. A volunteer nurse does the testing, giving each individual the choice between a nasal swab or a throat swab. Nurse Joyce Radebe says everybody chooses the throat swab.
