His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, today received Egyptian Intelligence Chief, Major General Abbas Kamel, in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser.

The meeting occasioned a review of the strong bilateral relations and an array of issues of common interest.

Kamel conveyed the regards of Egyptian President Abdul Fatah el-Sisi to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and his wishes for continued prosperity to the UAE government and people.

Abu Dhabi Crown Prince relayed the greetings to President Abdul Fatah el-Sisi and his sincere wishes for further progress to the Egyptian government and people.

Attending the meeting were H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain Region; H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care & Special Needs; and Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance.
