UK High Commissioner Jo Lomas accredited to Namibia H.E. Jo Lomas, British High Commissioner, handed over her credentials to H.E. Dr. Hage Geingob, President of the Republic of Namibia. Dr. Hage Geingob, President of the Republic of Namibia at State House, in mid November. President Hage Geingob and High Commissioner Jo Lomas assured each other that they will work on strengthening the healthy bilateral ties between the two countries. H.E Jo Lomas ensured the President that the British High Commission and the UK government will support Namibia in its drive for economic growth and prosperity. After the ceremony, H.E. Jo Lomas stated: “I’m delighted to have presented credentials to HE President Hage Geingob and I’m very much looking forward to my posting in this beautiful and unique country. My objectives are to support the Government and people of Namibia in increasing economic growth in order to support Namibia’s anti poverty plans.
