The training will run from 11 June to 13 July 2018. During this week, 11 to 15 June 2018, the inaugural group of 90 interns will be trained in Sekhukhune, Giyani and Polokwane. This intervention comes as a result of the NSG/EU Public Service Training and Capacity Building Programme training on BB2E. The BB2E is a flagship programme of the NSG aimed at preparing unemployed graduates to access employment opportunities in the public service. The outcomes are to equip unemployed graduates and interns with knowledge of Public Administration and public services and how they are organised and function. The orientation programme is underpinned by values and principles found in Chapter 10 of the Constitution and is aimed at orientating learners to the public service, equipping them with the values required of public servants. Since the target audience might not be absorbed into the public service, the programme enables capacity in good citizenship, respect for government, and patriotism.
