The French Ambassador in Uganda will be visiting the United Nations World Food Programme’s warehouse in Nalukolongo, Kampala this Friday 20 November starting at 10.20am to see food bought with funding from her government for refugees in Uganda. The Ambassador will be hosted by the WFP Acting Country Director, who also will provide her with a brief of WFP’s logistics operations through the 30,000 metric ton capacity warehouse. Together with the WFP Acting County Director, the Ambassador will address the news media and announce a monetary contribution with which the food has been bought.
